Kandy Lehmann
Our wonderful founder opened Consider It Done Books in November of 2015, bringing her passion for finance and her kind-hearted nature to every client relationship. With over 16 years of experience in the financial industry, she has garnered numerous awards and accolades for her exceptional work. As a certified personal tax preparer and bookkeeper, she has successfully managed clients across diverse sectors, including oil/energy, technology, and festival building. Her dedication and expertise ensure that every client receives personalized and top-notch service.

Betsy Hogg
Betsy is an accomplished Co-Owner with a proven track record in the accounting industry, known for turning complex challenges into streamlined solutions. With expertise in Team Building, Yield Management, Pre-opening, Tourism, and Food & Beverage, she brings a unique blend of skills that drive business success. A strong business development professional, Betsy is backed by a solid education in Accounting and Business/Management, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.

Dawn Goerlitz
Dawn was born in Penticton and has lived there for over 20 years. She is a devoted mother of five grown children and has been married to her husband for 22 years. They share their home with a unique dog who amusingly considers himself part cat and part rabbit. Dawn received her certification in the Basic Accounting Program from Okanagan University College in May 2014. Her career began with evening data entry work at Penticton Accounting Centre in February 2012, where she remained until transitioning to Consider It Done in June 2020 when the two companies merged. When she's not in her office, immersed in her organized mess of paperwork, Dawn loves spending time outdoors, whether camping, fishing, or adventuring. She also enjoys relaxing on her porch swing and cozying up by the propane fire on her back deck.

Laura Cochrane
Laura has been in the bookkeeping industry for over ten years, navigating the challenges and diverse needs of her clients with skill and dedication. She takes pride in contributing to the success of their businesses and cherishes the connections she has built along the way. Known for her sense of humor and infectious laughter, Laura loves working with her team, who always support each other with knowledge and camaraderie, making each workday enjoyable.
Outside of work, Laura dreams of living her best life by the ocean, surrounded by warmth and the company of her best girlfriends. Her perfect world includes a bit of pampering, laughter, and the occasional intelligent conversation to keep things interesting. In her personal time, Laura enjoys the beach, knitting, hanging out with her granddaughter, listening to music, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family. She has a passion for shopping, laughing, and savoring delicious food.

Dina Kheiralla
Dina Kheiralla has been an Account Manager at Consider It Done Bookkeeping since 2019, bringing over 30 years of experience in various aspects of accounting and bookkeeping. Her extensive career spans both semi-government and private sectors, with her last position before migrating to Canada being a Financial Analyst for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which expanded to Dubai a year before her departure.
Dina is passionate about using her skills to contribute to the success of her clients' businesses, with a particular focus on streamlining accounting processes. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, passing the Licensure Examination in 1986.

Kelly Campbell
Kelly is an experienced Account Manager and Bookkeeper at Consider It Done Bookkeeping. With a Business Diploma from SAIT, she brings 18 years of business management expertise and 30 years of payroll experience to the team. Kelly has been a valuable part of Consider It Done since August 2022, where she continues to excel in managing accounts and supporting clients with her extensive knowledge.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, indulging in activities like fishing, camping, and quading. She is also an animal lover with three dogs that keep her busy and bring joy to her life.

Glenda Monts
With over 35 years of experience in bookkeeping, Glenda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Formally trained in Financial Management at BCIT and having worked for professional firms, Glenda has a strong background in both financial management and payroll, with past payroll certification.
Now semi-retired, Glenda enjoys staying engaged in the industry through seasonal part-time work, which allows her to continue contributing to the field while enjoying the flexibility of retirement. An annual retirement party is a delightful perk of this lifestyle, celebrating both past achievements and ongoing involvement.

Shaila McCurdy
Shaila is the newest and youngest member of the Consider It Done team, bringing fresh energy and enthusiasm to the office. Born and raised in Penticton, she played hockey from the age of 5 to 17, showing her dedication and teamwork early on. Shaila joined the CID team in the summer of 2023, and after graduating from Penticton Secondary School in January 2024, she transitioned to full-time as a data entry clerk. She’s eager to further her education by earning a bookkeeping certificate from Okanagan College, with the goal of becoming a certified bookkeeper. Outside of work, you might spot Shaila longboarding around town or enjoying the great outdoors

Tracy Gonzalez
Tracy is an experienced bookkeeper with a strong history in the financial services industry. She brings expertise in Sage, QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Caseware, and Taxprep, along with skills in team building, management, and page layout. Tracy holds an Accelerated Accounting Certification in Accounting and Finance from CDI College of Business, Technology, and Healthcare.
Since joining Consider It Done Bookkeeping in June 2019, Tracy has been dedicated to building and maintaining lasting relationships with her clients.
Outside of work, Tracy is a proud grandma of two and mom of three, with three fur babies (one cat and two dogs) adding to her busy life. She loves spending her free time relaxing on beaches, snowboarding down mountains (even backwards), and exploring the world in search of the best Italian foods. Tracy’s journey in accounting began in 2010 when she earned her Accounting and Payroll Diploma from CDI while balancing work and family responsibilities.
